Chairs & Tables Rental
OYC Hall offers chair and table rentals at your request. Chairs and tables can be picked up at our facilities or delivered at a cost.
Chair (Max of 50) $5 per chair
Tables (Max of 12) $10 per table
Hourly Rates & Packages
Hosting your next event gives you access to your choice of round or rectangular tables with chivalries chairs. Keep your drinks cold in our fridge, and serve drinks and food from our kitchen. All rentals include 1 hour set up prior to set up. Free parking is available on site with 24/7 video surveillance inside and outside.

What to Expect
Security Deposit
We required all guests to pay a refundable $300 security deposit. This deposit is not included in the cost of the rental and is returned to the renting party if the event compiles will the terms and conditions outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Payment & Permit Policy
All guests must complete rental payment in full no later than 30 business days prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the event. We require clients serving alcohol to obtain a Liquor License (Special Occasion Permit: Private Event) from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Bartenders must provide a copy of their Smart Serve certification at the time of the event.
Cancellation Policy
We accommodate cancellations and deferrals up to 30 business days prior to the event. Once the cancellation period has passed, any cancellations will result in the entire rental fee being forfeited. If no fee has been paid, the cancellation fee shall be the amount of the security deposit. Rescheduling an event will not forfeit the entire rental fee, but may result in a $100 fee.
