Our Packages

Security Deposit

We required all guests to pay a refundable $300 security deposit. This deposit is not included in the cost of the rental and is returned to the renting party if the event compiles will the terms and conditions outlined in the Rental Agreement.

There is a $200 Facility fee on all booking!

Payment & Permit Policy

All guests must complete rental payment in full no later than 30 business days prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the event. We require clients serving alcohol to obtain a Liquor License (Special Occasion Permit: Private Event) from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Bartenders must provide a copy of their Smart Serve certification at the time of the event.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations and deferrals will forfeit your deposit.  Any cancellations will result in the entire rental fee being forfeited. If no fee has been paid, the cancellation fee shall be the amount of the security deposit. Rescheduling an event will not forfeit the entire rental fee, but may result in a $200 fee.
