DATE HOLD DEPOSIT
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due in order to book the space along with a valid Credit Card and Photo ID. The space cannot be held without a deposit and a signed contract. OR
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Refundable damage deposit of $250 before event and will be returned after event upon assessment of venue.
REMAINING BALANCE:
Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.
RENTAL INCLUDES:
Event hall
Room with gray draping along window wall, Chivalries chairs & round tables.
Prep Space (@ a cost)
Fridge & spacious countertops.
Standard Audio Visual Package (@ a cost)
Standard speaker and microphone that can be connected to a smartphone or laptop.
