ADDITIONAL FEES

DATE HOLD DEPOSIT

A $250 refundable deposit is due in order to book the space along with a valid Credit Card and Photo ID. The space cannot be held without a deposit and a signed contract. OR

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Refundable damage deposit of $500 before event and will be returned after event upon assessment of venue.

REMAINING BALANCE:

Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.

RENTAL INCLUDES:

Event hall

Room with gray draping along window wall, Chivalries chairs, round & rectangular tables

Prep Space (@ no cost)

Fridge & spacious countertops.

Standard Audio Visual Package (@ a cost)

Standard speaker and microphone that can be connected to a smartphone or laptop.

Parking

Free parking is available on site making it easy for setup and guest arrival.
